Englewood, Colo.—(June 11, 2008) — Dynamic Card Solutions (DCS), developer of CardWizard®, the leading instant issue and PIN selection software application for financial institutions, today announced that it has partnered with Collis, a provider of transaction-processing and testing services, to offer an EMV Personalization Validation Tool (Collis EMV PVT) that analyzes, verfies and validates each CardWizard software script before it is it used by a DCS customer to instantly issue EMV and contactless payment cards.
